9 cloves 🧄 garlic

17 oz water


Add the blended juice into a wok with these ingredients:


2 tablespoon oil

6 teaspoon meat curry powder

3 teaspoon salt

17 oz mutton


Tenderize the mutton by:


Soaking it in .5 teaspoon baking soda and cover with water for 15 minutes


Cook everything in wok for 40 minutes - 60 minutes
