Marinate 4 chicken wings with:


1 teaspoon white Pepper

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Loads of 5 spice powder or your favorite spices

.5 teaspoon light soy sauce

.5 teaspoon salt


Leave it to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour


After marinating, prepare this batter that makes the wings crispy:


1.8 oz tapioca flour

1.8 oz plain flour

3/4 cup water. Add enough water batch by batch so the batter becomes a light drizzle like in our video recipe


You may also replace these flour with corn flour and rice flour


Coat the wings with the batter and have fun deep frying!


Once the oil sizzle, or put a skewer in the oil once there are bubbles it's ready to deep fry


Deep fry for 2 minutes on each side till the wings turn golden tan


Shred the flesh off


On our flatbread 🫓


Add the homemade pizza sauce


Add cheese


Add chicken wings


More cheese


Bake at 175 df for 10 minutes!
